Experienced Planner required for prestigious company based in Great Yarmouth, 6 weeks temporary assignment. Hours of work are Monday to Friday working no later than 4.00pm, Hourly rate negotiable dependant on experience, Free Parking available. Main responsibilities will include:

Provide a proactive planning service to support all phases of on/offshore work.

Provide resource planning, scheduling and allocation; detailed plans and the appropriate progress reports.

Support production and facilities, developing plans for major projects and shutdowns.

Development of integrated project plans at all levels for the production / operations / maintenance departments.

Communication with external suppliers / contractors / vendors for planning progress information and feedback.

Manage the interface between the planning applications and the maintenance management systems.

Act as an operator within the maintenance management system.

Ensure the delivery of materials and equipment in line with the plan.

To collate and provide status reports to the SNS Operations Manager and clients.

Ensure short-term critical tasks are reviewed on a priority basis.

Contribute to budget cost estimates.

Ensure plans are co-ordinated with logistics

Form part of the SNS Emergency Response Team as required by Company Emergency Response Procedures.

Extensive planning experience preferably including all project phases.

Experience in on/offshore Oil & Gas Industry preferred but not essential

Familiar with Industry standard planning software e.g. MS Project or Primavera.

Experience of computerised maintenance management skills

Good written and verbal communication skills at all levels essential.
