Testing and inspection of all types of lifting plant and equipment both on and offshore Crane maintenance, testing, inspection and repair. Lifeboat maintenance, testing, inspection and repair Non-destructive testing to ASNT level II on equipment both before and after inspection/test. Supervising the day to day activities of the Engineers including:- Dealing with any technical queries from either engineers or customers. Taking telephone calls from customers. Ensuring that all jobs are planned and performed correctly Planning, overseeing and carrying out complex rigging activities both on and offshore, including the raising of all relevant required Documentation i.e., lift plans, method statement and risk assessments. Promote our Inspection services and identify scopes of work to clients Ensure customer satisfaction whilst looking after the companies best interests at the same time. Produce all relevant project documentation and certification as required. Qualifications, Education Requirements and Key Competencies Three to five years of Experience. Lifting Equipment Engineers Association Qualified. NDT ASNT Level 2. Slinging and Lifting/ Banksman. Rigging And Lifting Offshore Survival. Working at Heights (not essential) Full working knowledge of Inspection techniques, equipment standards and procedures is necessary. Effective communication, organization and presentation skills Good Analytical and PC skills, including but not limited to full Microsoft office suit i.e. Word, Excel etc. Personality Able to Lead a team or work on their own. Keen to oversee the development of others. Self-driven, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality. Well presented Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
